The Coronavirus, COVID-19, has taken the world by storm. A virus that seemingly came out of nowhere has caused all of us to adjust in efforts of keeping our loved ones safe.
As a dedicated member of the Metro Atlanta community and service provider to the people, safety and trust is our primary concern.
4tress Pointe has taken a stance and has chosen to cautiously begin work again. We have been monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak closely and have remained committed to the health and safety of family, staff and valued customers.
In response the events that has been occuring all across the world, we have made significant changes to our operations across all service lines, following and exceeding the recommendation of public health authorities. We are committed to helping keep essential services open and best caring for our customer’s living assets.
A few updated safety measures our staff will be taking as we begin to provide quality landscaping services again are as follows:
- No client contact
- We will not be making any hand to hand contact with any persons while on the job.
- All payments will be electronic primarily.
- If a client wishes to pay for services via cash or check, arrangements must be made prior to arrange a safe transfer of funds.
- Social distancing
- Our staff will remain at minimum 6 feet away from one another while working at all times.
- Personal Protective Equipment
- The utilization of PPE was always a measure taken by 4tress Pointe; however, we are now mandating that all of our staff wear face mask and hand gloves while on site.
- Training
- Each and every one of our staff members will be thoroughly trained on our updated safety guidelines prior to services rendered to any of our valued customers
