For most residential properties we send a clear, written quote within 24 business hours of your request. Larger commercial or multi-property accounts may take 2–3 days because we assess each property properly — we'll tell you the timeline up front.

Our home market is South Metro Atlanta — McDonough, Stockbridge, Locust Grove, Jackson, Hampton, Covington, Conyers, Fayetteville, Tyrone, Peachtree City, and Newnan, plus Griffin. Yes. Roughly half our work is residential and half is commercial — property managers, HOAs, churches, retail centers, office properties, and multi-family communities. The crews and the standard are the same; the contract structure adapts to what you need.

Yes — 4Tress Pointe is fully licensed, insured, and bonded. For commercial and HOA accounts we provide a certificate of insurance before the first visit.

Yes. We issue a certificate of insurance for every commercial, HOA, church, and property management client before work begins. We accommodate additional insured requests and can supply updated certificates quickly when your requirements change.

Yes. We work with apartment communities and multi-family properties as part of our commercial services. This includes recurring grounds maintenance, seasonal cleanups, pressure washing, and common-area care. We’re experienced with the coordination and scheduling demands of larger residential communities.

Yes, when needed. While our standard hours are Monday–Friday 8 am–6 pm, we can accommodate after-hours or weekend work for commercial clients, HOAs, churches, and property managers — especially for time-sensitive projects or to minimize disruption to tenants and residents. We confirm availability and any scheduling requirements upfront.
